Viking food

Morning: Stew - crust of fat, lamb bones, beans, peas. carrots, turnips and bread.
Normal day: Fruit flat cakes, chicken wings, butter, cod, herring, bacon, and venison.
Night feast: Beer, horsemeat, sausages.
End of the day: Elk, bear, puffin samon, and trout.

The food for the Vikings varied because of were the tribe live. If the were nearer  to the water the ate more fish. If the were of an open plain the ate birds. The men hunted  and the women cooked most of the food.

Viking clothing

Men: The men wore trousers that went to their knees, and long pullover shirt that went a little lower than the knees.
Women: The woman wore a loose fitgting dress made from wool that almost reached the ankel. Over that they might have worn a tunic.
Both: The both wore leather shoes and cloak with a pin.
