Viking Weapons
The Vikings used mainly four weapons. the sword, sheild, axe, and spear.
The sword was the best weapon. it showed a sign of weath.
The shield was one of the most commen weapons to be used. it was used for defence.
The axe was a good weapon if you were taking out a whole group of people.
The spear was least used because it didnt kill much and you only got one shot.

Viking Ships had four parts
The keel- the large curved strip of wood that holds the boat together.
The hull- the bottom of the boat.
The deck- a flat surfuce above the hull. it is about ten feet above it.
And the mast- a tall stick that held the main sailunting and fishing
Long ships were ideal for wars, and and then there were the second kind of ships that were used for hunting and fishing

Tip 1: when is a battle choose the sword over every weapon.
Tip 2: if the viking couldnt afford mail (chain armor) then they would wear leather padding. in ways they thought that the leather padding was better beacause it was easier and better to keep. it was also easy to make.
